Sorry for that bad word...

I started this day with a smile. Thanking God for the nice sleep and for the new beautiful day. I woke up late (always). So I need to rush on the bathroom to take a bath, also rush on the room to dressed up. After fixing myself for less than 15 minutes I'm running out of my boarding house.

I need to walk for 10 minutes and wait for 5 to 10 minutes to ride a jeep. Traveling going to the office may take 20 to 30 minutes. In short, I always arrived late. lol Excited to work on my remaining task and of course excited because its pay day, I enjoyed my day. I've waited for that pay even though its already late in the afternoon. When our accounting staff called my name, I hurriedly came to her table. She explained to me why I haven't availed the perfect attendance reward.

I was disappointed because I know that I completed this month's attendance. So I get back to my table and keep on complaining on blah blah blah..When I chatted to alma, I express what I've felt that day. I have said bad words. I don't mean it, its just that I was carried away of what I felt that very moment.

I know, In myself its my fault. I've realize that its bad. That is why, Im writing it to tell you people that I'm sorry. Also, I want to ask for forgiveness to you Lord for what I've reacted. I know its wrong. I pray God that you may continue on guiding me and let me realize every bad things that I've done so that I can ask for forgiveness to you and to the people who are involve. Thank you God for letting me understand the situation. May your blessings be upon us always.

Stand Firm in HIS Promise!

By Misty from Plumbline the Official Y.O.P Newsletter

I just wanna share this one to you guys...

1 Corinthians 15:58
"Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your Labor in the Lord is not in vain."

Many times we persevere in doing the right things. There are moments when we are discouraged to share the Gospel, hesitant to continue serving God and even become an encouragement to others.

Human as we are, we think that we have failed our purpose in God because we have not seen our expected results - a saved or renewed friend, recognition and appreciation, and also blessings upon us. But we need not to worry about those things because the Bible tells us that whatever we do for the Lord will never be wasted away.

In God's perfect time, we will reap what we sow. Let us not look at the picture of today, but let us hope into the future that God has written for us. Let us keep doing our service in the Lord and always remember that to HIM we offer everything.

Indeed, your labor in the Lord is not in vain...just stand FIRM in HIS PROMISE! God bless us all.

Trials...

In life, trials are not new to us. We have been tested by how we deal with it and how we live in it. These are the things that made us strong as we are right now, it taught us to do better in things that we think we are not. That is why we can still survive in this life that is full of challenges and mysteries.

I've been hurt many times, though it may be a small things or not its already a big deal with me when it involves with my personality. I don't have that confidence that others has. I don't even believe in myself.

Time came that I need to be with myself alone. I studied from a University that is a miles away from my family. I have to train myself on how to live without them. I need to be strong. Challenges came into my life until I met the one that is always been there since I was born here on earth. And I would like you to know HIM. He is my God, our God the father. He never leave me.

I'm so thankful that I knew about Him. I was able to face my fears, love myself and let others love me. I was blessed with a good and true friends. They are my family when I need them. God always sees what we need. He will always provide.

Be thankful for having a trials because it will result you to become who you are. It will give you the strength that comes from God. Always remember that HE will never leave us. Trust in HIM and you will never fail. God bless us all! :D

My Place In This World

I'd like to share this beautiful song...

Place in this World -- Michael W. Smith

The wind is moving
But I am standing still
A life of pages
Waiting to be filled

A heart that's hopeful
A head that's full of dreams
But this becoming
Is harder than it seems

Feels like I'm
Looking for a reason
Roamin' through the night to find
My place in this world
My place in this world
Not a lot to lean on
I need your light to help me find
My place in this world
My place in this world

If there are millions
Down on their knees
Among the many
Can you still hear me

Hear me asking
Where do I belong?
Is there a vision
That I can call my own?

Show me, I'm
Looking for a reason
Roamin' through the night to find
My place in this world
My place in this world
Not a lot to lean on
I need your light to help me find
My place in this world
My place in this world

Lookin' for a reason
Roamin' through the night to find
My place in this world
My place in this world
Not a lot to lean on
I need your light to help me find
My place in this world
My place in this world

Lookin' for a reason
Roamin' through the night to find
My place in this world
My place in this world

We will never say bye...

Bye Bye- Mariah Carey

This is for my peoples who just lost somebody

Your best friend, your baby, your man, or your lady
Put your hand way up high
We will never say bye (no, no, no)
Mamas, daddies, sisters, brothers, friends and cousins
This is for my peoples who lost their grandmothers
Lift your head to the sky 'cause we will never say bye

As a child there were them times
I didn't get it but you kept me in line
I didn't know why you didn't show up sometimes
On Sunday mornings, and I missed you
But I'm glad we talked through
All them grown folk things
Separation brings
You never let me know it
You never let it show because
You loved me and obviously
There's so much more left to say
If you were with me today face to face

[Chorus:]
I never knew I could hurt like this
And everyday life goes on like
"I wish I could talk to you for awhile"
Miss you but I try not to cry
As time goes by
And it's true that you've reached a better place
Still I'd give the world to see your face
And I'm right here next to you
But it's like you're gone too soon
Now the hardest thing to do is say bye bye

(Bye Bye [3x])
Bye bye

And you never got the chance to see how good I've done
And you never got to see me back at number one
I wish that you were here to celebrate together
I wish that we could spend the holidays together

I remember when you used to tuck me in at night
With the Teddy Bear you gave to me that I held so tight
I thought you were so strong
You'd make it through whatever
It's so hard to accept the fact you're gone forever

[Chorus]

(bye bye bye bye bye bye [3x])
Bye bye

This is for my peoples who just lost somebody
Your best friend, your baby, your man, or your lady
Put your hand way up high
We will never say bye (no, no, no)
Mamas, daddies, sisters, brothers, friends and cousins
This is for my peoples who lost their grandmothers
Lift your head to the sky 'cause we will never say bye

[Chorus]

HE died for US

from the HGFF...

Christ died for our sins! Let's make this more personal; Jesus died for your sins. The Son of God died for my sins. How should we feel about such gift? What should our response be to such a great sacrifice? Nothing is comparable to Jesus' sacrifice and his beautiful gift of mercy and grace. Yet the sacrifice of others helps me understand a little better what my response should be to such a great sacrifice. While I am deeply saddened that my sins made such a costly sacrifice necessary, my primary focus is not on the sadness of his death, but his love for us in giving such an extravagant and life-transforming gift.

God wants us to remember, appreciate, and honor his Son's sacrifice. Yet rather than wanting us to live sullen lives of guilt and muted passion. the Father calls us to live bold and passionate lives of vibrant celebration. Look at the book of Acts and notice the lives of those who were first touched by Jesus' death and resurrection; they lived passionate, vibrant lives of appreciation and hope. And when we look in the mirror, who are we to see? How can we not respond with the passion and celebration.

So as we journey through this week, let's take time to remember Jesus' sacrifice with humility, reverence and deep appreciation. But as we do, let's also celebrate with confidence and joy, know how we are loved and called to live bold and vibrant live that bring glory to our Lord who sacrificed so much to make us his own!

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he choose us in him.
