Trials...

In life, trials are not new to us. We have been tested by how we deal with it and how we live in it. These are the things that made us strong as we are right now, it taught us to do better in things that we think we are not. That is why we can still survive in this life that is full of challenges and mysteries.

I've been hurt many times, though it may be a small things or not its already a big deal with me when it involves with my personality. I don't have that confidence that others has. I don't even believe in myself.

Time came that I need to be with myself alone. I studied from a University that is a miles away from my family. I have to train myself on how to live without them. I need to be strong. Challenges came into my life until I met the one that is always been there since I was born here on earth. And I would like you to know HIM. He is my God, our God the father. He never leave me.

I'm so thankful that I knew about Him. I was able to face my fears, love myself and let others love me. I was blessed with a good and true friends. They are my family when I need them. God always sees what we need. He will always provide.

Be thankful for having a trials because it will result you to become who you are. It will give you the strength that comes from God. Always remember that HE will never leave us. Trust in HIM and you will never fail. God bless us all! :D

HE died for US

Christ died for our sins! Let's make this more personal; Jesus died for your sins. The Son of God died for my sins. How should we feel about such gift? What should our response be to such a great sacrifice? Nothing is comparable to Jesus' sacrifice and his beautiful gift of mercy and grace. Yet the sacrifice of others helps me understand a little better what my response should be to such a great sacrifice. While I am deeply saddened that my sins made such a costly sacrifice necessary, my primary focus is not on the sadness of his death, but his love for us in giving such an extravagant and life-transforming gift.

God wants us to remember, appreciate, and honor his Son's sacrifice. Yet rather than wanting us to live sullen lives of guilt and muted passion. the Father calls us to live bold and passionate lives of vibrant celebration. Look at the book of Acts and notice the lives of those who were first touched by Jesus' death and resurrection; they lived passionate, vibrant lives of appreciation and hope. And when we look in the mirror, who are we to see? How can we not respond with the passion and celebration.

So as we journey through this week, let's take time to remember Jesus' sacrifice with humility, reverence and deep appreciation. But as we do, let's also celebrate with confidence and joy, know how we are loved and called to live bold and vibrant live that bring glory to our Lord who sacrificed so much to make us his own!

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he choose us in him.

It will all get better in time...

In the journey of our life, not all we experienced are happiness. We have failures, problems, trials that cause us pain. But these are all the spices of life. Without those, our life won't be called complete. Some cause us a deep wound that only time could heal. I would like to share one of my favorite song. It will make you realize that even though how deep is the wound that you have right now, it will just get better in time. It says "I'm gonna smile cause I deserve to ". Yes we deserve to be happy. Blessed to be a Blessing

This was the theme of our church the Holy Ground Family Fellowship as we celebrated our 34th Anniversary dated March 29, 2009. The presentations are very inspiring. As the guest speaker shared the gospel everybody was seriously listening. I loved Rev. Eddie D. Chua deliver his speech. The way he emphasize the powerful words.

I've learned a lot of things. About me, my family, my love ones, my friends and of course about God. Indeed, we are blessed by God in order that we might be a blessing to others. Counting our blessings without then asking how God would like us to use those blessings. They are given to us, but they are not given only to us. In other words they are reward, a reward for faithfulness. But the reason that God rewards faithfulness is because faithful people share their blessing with others. Once we start keeping all the blessings to ourselves, either as individuals or as a church we are no longer faithful and the reward will stop.

God has blessed you. Count your blessings. But don't stop there. You are blessed to be a blessing. God's intention is that all the nations of the earth should be blessed by the actions of God's people. Some Christians make that mistake, thinking their own lives are to be barren while they give everything to others. No, it is much more gracious. It is like the miracle of the loaves and fishes. As we share the blessings we have, the blessing grows and multiplies until everyone is satisfied and still there are huge amounts of leftovers.

Enjoy God's blessings, count them one by one. Then pass them on wherever they are needed that through God's people all the nations of the earth should be blessed.

Dream BIG Dreams!

"It's too small of a thing to dream your own dream. Refuse small dreams. God has a BIG DREAM for you, and only you can fulfill it". I love this quote, by Lou Engle. I have read this one in the Word 4U today booklet that was distributed by the Edge Radio. I was inspired with this line "God has a BIG DREAM for you, and only you can fulfill it".

Indeed, God is so good in letting us dream big where He gives us the full strength to fulfill it. Dreaming to achieve your dreams is just a wink of an eye if you let God reign in your heart and mind. People usually blame God if they don't achieve what their dreaming for. They don't know He gave everything even His own life just to give us life. See, how good He is. God only want us to be happy.

So dream big big dreams. Always remember that he will just there beside you. Guiding in all the things that you do. Keeping you safe. And giving the things that you need. All I can say is Dream BIG dreams with God.
